Software License

The Convia platform and all associated source code, designs, documentation, and content (collectively, the "Software") are proprietary to Zaftech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Grant

Subject to the Terms of Service, Zaftech grants account holders a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for their internal business purposes during an active subscription.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Software;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or provide the Software to any third party;
Use the Software to build a competing product or service;
Circumvent any technical or rate-limit controls in the Software.

Ownership

Zaftech retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all modifications, enhancements, and related intellectual property. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly set forth here.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Software, Zaftech may use them without restriction or compensation.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term, or upon termination of your account. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies within your control.

Open-source notice

The Software includes open-source components, each governed by its own license. A list of these components and their licenses is available on request at contact@zaftech.co.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". ZAFTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
